Introduction

This course is an approach to Primavera’s cost management solution. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of how to improve project results through more accurate tracking and forecasting of project performance

Certificate

A certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend and complete the program. This course will entitle delegates to 13 Professional Development Units (PDU) out of the 35 PDU’s required for the PMP Certification Exam.
